1. Do you manufacture your own sportswear or source it from other factories?
We manufacture all of our sportswear in our own production facility located in Sialkot, Pakistan. By handling every stage of the manufacturing process ourselves—from material sourcing to final quality inspection—we ensure consistent quality, reliable production, and competitive factory-direct pricing.
2. Can you create a design preview before production starts?
Yes. Our design team provides complimentary digital mockups based on your logo, artwork, or concept. You’ll have the opportunity to review and approve the design before manufacturing begins.
3. Can I order a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes, we offer customized samples so you can evaluate the design, materials, and workmanship before full production. If your confirmed bulk order meets our qualifying quantity, the sample cost will be credited toward your production order.
4. What is the minimum quantity required to place an order?
Our standard minimum order quantities are:
- Sublimated Sportswear: 12 pieces per design.
- Cut & Sew Apparel: 20 pieces per style or color.
We also support smaller orders for new businesses, clubs, and teams. Additional setup or shipping charges may apply for quantities below our standard MOQ.
5. Which printing and branding methods are available?
We offer a variety of professional customization techniques, including sublimation printing, embroidery, screen printing, heat transfer printing, and fabric appliqué. Our team will recommend the most suitable method based on your product and branding requirements.
6. Can I include different styles or designs in one purchase?
Yes. You may combine multiple styles or designs within the same order. For Cut & Sew products, each individual style should meet the minimum quantity requirement to maintain efficient production.
7. Can you manufacture products according to my brand’s specifications?
Absolutely. We provide complete product customization, including fabrics, colors, sizing, stitching, logos, labels, packaging, and other branding elements. We manufacture each order according to your exact specifications.
8. How long does production usually take?
Production time depends on factors such as the product type, customization level, and order quantity. Once we review your requirements, our team will provide an estimated manufacturing schedule and delivery timeline for your order.
