Manufacturing Terms & Conditions

Service Terms & Production Policies

Interpresent Sports • Effective Policy 2026

Important Notice for Customers & Brand Partners

These Terms and Conditions apply to all manufacturing agreements, proforma invoices (PI), sample development orders, and bulk production projects carried out with Athlete Alp Apparel. By making an advance payment, approving a digital mockup, or confirming a production order, you (“the Client”) acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms, conditions, and manufacturing policies outlined below.

01. Design Approval & Technical Specifications

Production begins only after the Client has approved the final digital artwork, vector files, or physical pre-production samples. Once approved, these materials serve as the official production reference for manufacturing.

  • Design Approval: Clients are responsible for carefully reviewing all artwork, including logo placement, spelling, names, player numbers, colors, and design details before providing final approval. Athlete Alp Apparel cannot be held responsible for errors that appear in artwork approved by the Client.
  • Size Tolerance: As our garments are custom manufactured, slight variations are normal during production. An industry-standard size tolerance of ±0.5 to 1.0 inch may apply to finished products.
  • Color Consistency: We use advanced printing and color management techniques to ensure excellent color accuracy. However, slight shade variations may occur due to differences in fabric types and dye batches. For precise color matching, clients are encouraged to provide Pantone Matching System (PMS) color codes before production begins.

02. Pricing, Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) & Payment Terms

Our production process follows a carefully planned manufacturing schedule to ensure consistent quality, timely delivery, and efficient order processing.

  • Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): Our standard minimum order is 12 pieces per design for sublimated apparel and 20 pieces per design or style for Cut & Sew and custom-manufactured garments.
  • Payment Terms: A confirmed advance payment—typically 50% of the total order value, or as specified on the Proforma Invoice (PI)—is required before production begins. The remaining balance, along with applicable shipping charges, must be paid in full before the order is dispatched.
  • Order Changes: Once production has started, including fabric cutting or printing, any changes to designs, sizes, quantities, or specifications may not be possible or may result in additional production costs.

03. Shipping, Delivery & Customs

We provide reliable worldwide shipping through trusted international logistics partners, including express couriers, air freight, and sea freight services, depending on your shipping preferences and order requirements.

  • Delivery Time: Production and shipping timelines are estimated based on normal operating conditions. While we strive to meet every deadline, delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
  • Customs Duties & Taxes: Unless otherwise agreed, pricing is based on EXW (Ex Works) or FOB (Free on Board) terms. Any import duties, customs clearance charges, taxes, brokerage fees, or other government-imposed costs in the destination country are the responsibility of the Client.

04. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

We respect our clients’ intellectual property and are committed to protecting the privacy and exclusivity of every brand we manufacture.

  • Trademarks & Copyrights: By providing logos, trademarks, artwork, or other branded materials, the Client confirms that they have the legal rights or necessary authorization to use them. Athlete Alp Apparel is not responsible for any trademark or copyright disputes arising from materials supplied by the Client.
  • Confidentiality: All custom designs, patterns, technical specifications, sizing details, and private-label information are treated as confidential. We do not reproduce, share, or manufacture proprietary designs for other brands without the Client’s authorization.

05. Order Cancellation & Quality Claims

As every order is custom manufactured according to the Client’s specifications, the following cancellation and claim policies apply:

  • 8-Hour Cancellation Period: Clients may request to cancel or modify their order within 8 hours of order confirmation or deposit payment. After this period, production planning and material preparation begin, and any payments made become non-refundable.
  • Returns & Exchanges: Because all products are custom-made, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to changes in design preferences, event schedules, order requirements, or other non-quality-related reasons once production has commenced.
  • Quality Inspection: Clients are requested to inspect their shipment upon delivery. Any manufacturing defects, such as stitching issues, damaged products, or printing errors that differ from the approved artwork, must be reported in writing within 7 calendar days of receiving the order.
  • Resolution Process: If a verified manufacturing defect is confirmed within the claim period, Athlete Alp Apparel will, at its discretion, repair the affected items, provide replacements, or offer an appropriate credit to resolve the issue promptly.
